Returns

We hope you love your order. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be returned in their original packaging.
• Items that show signs of wear or damage may not be accepted.
• Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges subject to product availability.

*Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@monday-archive.com with your order number and photos of the item.
